I am an associate professor in the Dept. of Arts & Design at National Tsing Hua University. My research focuses on human-computer interactions (HCI), especially the design of smart things systems. I am interested in prototyping novel applications with emerging technologies. I aim to create useful and beautiful artifacts to improve people’s quality of life. In 2006, I co-founded the *International Journal of Design.* Since then, I have continued to serve as the managing editor.
我目前服務於清華大學藝術與設計系副教授，專長智能產品的互動設計和研究，對於如何運用新興的科技改造世界充滿想像力，更樂於跟年輕的同學一起腦力激盪和製作模型，將天馬行空的想法落地成可體驗和操作的設計概念。我曾在2016至2024年間在荷蘭Eindhoven University of Technology任教。在2006年，我與博班指導教授陳玲鈴院長共同創辦國際設計期刊IJDesign，並擔任執行編輯迄今。
